System Recovery Disks lost

Hi,

I am an owner of an emac v3.3, the system information says that its a Mac OSX 10.2.4 version. I want to completely erase everything off of this computer so that it can go back to its original state. However, I have lost the system restore cds. Could you tell me where I could find them for this model?

Also, I have heard rumours that I can put windows onto an emac somehow. Is this true? and if so, how can I do this?

With Microsoft VirtualPC, which is no longer supported nor distributed on Mac OS X.
