Tabbed dock?

Hey, does anyone know what app this bloke is using? It's looks like some kind of tabbed dock replacement. Any ideas?

looks neat. I tried configuring it to look like that for a little while...i find DragThing very unintuitive, though.

I concur. I got lost in the mass of settings and trying to get it to look like the image I showed, ending up binning it. Thanks for the help though.
