Taken' charge of the menu bar

Hey guys, I recently downloaded a few programs that use up a lot of room on my menu bar. One of them added a little F12 eject arrow for no reason that I couldnt remove via system preferences and was taking valuable room.

So I found this little trick, command click and drag it off. It will get the animated cloud thingy and disappear like when you drag off apps from your dock. I found it by pushing a multitude of random buttons hope you guys can use it or expand on this..

Also just had to do that to get rid of internet connect icon from there, as being back to less internet impaired place... drag'n'drop, puff. Neat isn't it?

You can also Command Drag an icon around to rearrange them, excepting the Spotlight icon, it's stayin' put!

Just go to Help>Search for KeyBoard Shortcuts, it has dozens of such keyboard shortcuts...
