Taking away shiny spots and taking away reflexes in face/catseye

Hello!

Got a couple of pics im editing here in GraphicalConverterer.

1 pic has a face where some shiny spots (on the cheeks) show.
How can I get rid of them?

1 pic is taken of a cat and you know that sometimes, when taken with a flash, the cats eyes "reflexes" instead of showing their real colour and they turn out white.
Can I take away that too?

Regards,
Gambit

If you have tons and tons of time, you can sit there and tediously color every pixel by hand so that it looks right. However, this is so time consuming it's not worth it. If you really need editing capabilities, I suggest you check out Adobe Photoshop Elements. It's only $100, and you can probably find a free trial online. Use tools like the healing brush or the airbrush to wipe out blemishes or add the corect shade of green.

Very true.
I just thought that mabye...maaabye I could do something with GraphicalConverterer since it has a few options of editing pictures.

Thanks for your reply!
