Wishful Drinking
Am thinking of tarting up my PowerBook G3 with a custom makeover as per the AppleFritter Hacks page - maybe a similar effect to the Sapphire one, but in Platinum to match my car! Has anyone attempted this and if so, what do the results look like close up? And does car paint stick to the plastic okay if I primer it fully first? I've seen cars where people have sprayed bumpers and the paint's peeled but these are usually tatty rudeboy Escorts and Novas so I'm guessing they never primed them first. Right?
I haven't got a great deal to lose since my G3 was rescued from the grave and is fairly battered, but it is working quite nicely now so I don't want to make it look rubbish.
Also, anyone know of any other custom PowerBook web sites which aren't in Japanese?!
ps. If anyone knows about PowerBooks, I still need help with my CardBus question! - Thanx
