TaxCut Frustrations!!! :(

After spending all-in-all $65 for TaxCut Platinum (all they have for Mac now), I can't download the updates. Does anyone know of another place to get the 2002 Mac State and Federal update ASAP?

This same thing happened last year, and tech support was not helpful at all.

last i checked they weren't promising updates or states for mac til the end of feb.

Yeah, I noticed the state thing, but Illinois is ready and I have it.

Still no luck with the Mac Fed. & State update, didn't see anything about the end of Feb. on their site; though it seems to be true, as I tried the PC update just to see if it was only the Mac version, but it didn't work.

Oy.

I downloaded my state (New York), about a week ago. Got an Email saying it was ready.. I had no trouble with the Federal updates..
