I connect to the internet with Cox @Home. Under classic, my TCP/IP control panel is set to connect via ethernet, and configure using DHCP server. I type in my DHCP Client ID, and everything works.
Under OSX, there is no box for DHCP Client ID. I've tried setting it to manual, and typing in the IP address, subnet mask, and router address that were assigned to me before, but it doesn't work.
Is there any way I can connect to the internet with my cable modem?
