Tell people what you're listening to...right now!

There's an app called SetiChatStatus. It's great! It fast and works in the background and it changes your status, at most, 5 seconds after the track changes in iTunes. It puts what you're listening to in iTunes as your status message. I'm using it right now. Check me out (AIM: marceline407@mac.com).

i have seen some using that app... but i think i prefer still showing my status more normally like "do not disturb" ...

and what i'm listening to now.. karma lounge, life in mono ..

It still lets you do that, I was playing with it and accidentally put a custom message - and couldn't get it to go away!

I usually just go offline when I need a "do not disturb".

Now if iChat had an Invisible mode - that'd be perfect!

SetiChatStatus is now known as iChatStatus and is at version 1.1. It has been changed to a preference pane and rocks!
