Terminal.app and tty's

I don't know if this is the normal behaviour, but when Terminal.app has the "use the default shell" option, it displays in the top of the window "/usr/bin/login". I think that this started to happen recently.

Moreover, when I log in as, let say, USER1, open Terminal.app, and the log out and log in as, let say, USER2, and give the "w" or the "who" command (from Terminal.app, of course), it will show that USER1 is still logged in!!!! it does not display anything in the WHAT column, and the TTY is p1. And I know that this is NOT the normal behaviour.

I don't know if this is related, but does anyone know what is happening?

Someone with a fresh install of OS X 10.1.3 might know if the "/usr/bin/login" thing is correct, at least...

thanks
