Does anyone know of a text editor that has column editing capabilities! it is sometimes referred to Multi-line editing, or Rectangular editing.
in a nutshell i want to be able to Edit (copy, past, type & delete) information on multiple lines at once.
MS-Word can do rectangular copy and past but i need to be able to type in text onto multiple lines at once. there is a program for Windowz called Ultraedit32 ultraedit.com that will do this but Im on a mac!
