Text Encoding Nightmare

Hey everyone, I added some fonts to my mac because I'm a Student Graphic Designer and it seems to have knocked out the encoding on my web browser, I have tried everything, so as many suggestions as possible would be a God-send.

I though I fixed it at one point then I went on to Wikipedia and it just shows loads of completely random characters.
 
See if Font Book or whatever management tool for fonts you use can identify the bad ones. If not, disable 50 % of all the fonts you added. See if it happens again.
Enable or disable 50 % of the remaining, and try again until you can be sure to have eliminated the bad fonts.
