Today Apple coputer and Altec Lansing Corp. introduced the first of the rumored iPod peripherals-- a portable audio system. Not quite what I was expecting, and not exactly revolutionary-- but if i find $150 on a street somewhere, I might consider it...

So, what, do you carry it around in a little carton like McDonald's milkshakes or something? That's actually a pretty cool idea...
 
Interesting. I have the Creative TravelSound and love 'em. A small profile, battery or electrical powered, cheaper than the others and very portable with good sound and a decent bass. Will be interested to see what ipodlounge has to say in its reviews.
