The Mac OS X Font?

What is the font used for the Mac OS X stuff we got, like on the Box of 10.0 & 10.1? And where can I download it?

I believe the font is "Apple Garamond" with some horizontal scaling involved... I don't think it's readily available for download anywhere, but I have seen a thread here where a user posted a .sit file with the fonts.

As for the NEW font, used on the apple.com webpage for the eMac and XServe, I think that's also a variation of the Apple Garamond font... like Apple Garamond Sans or something like that...
