Does anyone know of any websites with Mac OS X desktop themes? actually thinkin of it can you download desktop themes?

You might want to be careful before you dive into themes. Check my experiences: This Jag is a dog, again!

* Be sure you have the proper version of Aquafix before you begin.
* Always be sure your theme is compatable with your OS version.
* If you ever update your OS, just dump your themes and start over.

Or...

Save yourself the potential headaches and avoid themes.

also if yo'ure running 10.2.3 or after, you have to run themefur on a lot of themes.

it fixes the rsrc file on some themes that are incompatible with 10.2.3 (the widgets disappear).

i like the themes from this guy:

he keeps them up-to-date so you don't have to worry. just install duality and theme away. smoothstripes is pure silk ^_^

I've never had issues with themes but have had some 'questionable' results on a friends machine. Nothing major. No slowdowns on either of the machines i use either.
