Ok well some of you may have heard my problem in my Emergency thread. Well I got a new harddrive ok.... 120 gig..... have it formatted in three partitions, 10, 20, and 90..... for os 9, 10, and "stuff" respectively. Got 9.2 running. but now i can't install osx..... and i'm really upset about it at this point. i boot off the os x installer cd.... and a hangs for a while.... happy mac and spinny ball..... then terminal text comes up and says that the installer unexpectedly quit (error1 ) press return to restart..... and thats it...

any ideas?

this is REALLY starting to get annoying.
 
I have no idea if this will help, but you could try booting up in 9.2 and then using Drive Setup to initialize the other 2 partitions. Can't hurt, anyway.
