I have filemaker pro, but have not installed it yet on tiger. I have installed filemaker developer v6 on tiger and it works flawlessly so far, for me.
did you do an upgrade or clean install or archive and install etc etc?
try to trash the preferences in your ~/Library/Preferences folder and relaunch the program?
