I am having intermittent problems with different browsers not loading pages, not loading fully, displaying blank pages, etc. (Safari, Camino, I.E., Firefox).
My ISP is DirecWay; I have the firewall up using system pref and the sharing control panel (on or off dosen't matter), re-starting usually clears the problem until it shows up again.
Here is a log entry that repeats itself oten: localhost mDNSResponder: Couldn't read user-specified local hostname; using default Macintosh-000A95E03A8E.local instead
Any ideas? Tiger 10.4.2
