The big day has finally come... Now it's available to anybody!! Yay!! I hope I will get a copy from the Apple Retail store here in the City Centre... Anyhow, I will join The Night Of The Tiger in the chat. I'm very interested in knowing how the initial experiences are...

yea, i'm also debating whether or not i should go to my local Tiger event at one of the biggest apple resellers near my place. i've been running tiger for almsot a month, but i still feel like i should go and get the 'real' one.

I asked my local Apple Store. The "party" is basically just a really long line outside the door. The lucky people who make it inside get to enter their name in a raffle and buy Tiger. That's it. Not interested.

just picked up mmy copy. Installed with no fuss and I am up and runnings. Widgets are cool! I want more..

There was not much of a launch party.. I think everyone was keen to go home and install it.. Some of the city apple centres where doing promos.
