Tiger Webdav Client Is Busted For Apache 1.3.33 Server

I had a sweet setup with a LAMP hosting provider. I could Connect to Server, post calendars from iCal, and everything.

I upgraded to Tiger and it's completely busted. Can't do anything.

I might be able to get my hosting provider to upgrade my Apache and/or mod_dav version. What would work... if anything?
 
"Never mind!"

At some point it became clear that more was broken than just Mac OS X/DAVFS, so I contacted my ISP and they found a permissions problem on the server.
