Time Machine Schedule---gone?

I Don't Know Where It Went-used To Be Able To Set Date Etc. For Time Mach. To Backup And Now Can't Seem To Find It Anywhere. Anyone -any Ideas??????????????

Are you sure it is Time machine you remember using? Not Mac Backup which would have come with a dot mac subscription or another back up application like carbon copy cloner or Super Duper? Time machine doesn't allow you to set a schedule. It does automatic backups hourly as long as the backup drive is connected.

Drew-i don't have a .mac acct but you have given me some cues as to where i might start looking for what i was using at that time. thanks for response.

drew-a light bulb just went on in my head--i have a ext. hd one touch maxtor 500 g.and i'll bet that is where the schedule is! i'll ck. it out this pm when i get home.
