When I change the time zone on my mac the 'Date Created' and 'Date Modified' on all my documents change as well. I first noticed this after downloading pictures from my camera to my Mac while on hols in colorado, when I returned home I changed the time zone back to UK time, which is 7 hours ahead, now all my photo's have an incorrect 'Date Created'.
