Titanium with combodrive

Yeah its been out for a little while. My co-worker got one retro'd into his Ti when he sent it for repairs. I wonder where we could buy one and how well it would work with the older Ti's
 
WOW...I thought you meant the CD-RW drive. Thats the one he got retro'd. Ahhhh.......DVD/CD-RW. Have any of you heard about Apple letting us buy these and then doing the retro ourselves.
