Hello, is there an application like TomeViewer (OS_9 only) which lets you install specific parts from a Apple restore CD under OS_X? For example I bought a new iBook. It comes with AppleWorks, but if you want to install AppleWork again, you have to install the whole OS_X system software again. That´s realy boring.

Its easy to install the whole of a single package, without installing other packages. You can also, if you want, open the .pkg files with an app called Pacifist (available on Versiontracker), which will let you select individual files from each package and put them where you want them.
