Translucent windows in Terminal.app

To get translucent windows in terminal.app, type

defaults write com.apple.Terminal TerminalOpaqueness 0.8

where 0.8 is the opacity you want the window to be.

This is sweet! I really liked this feature of Aterm ( I think thats the right name) in Linux. OS X gets cooler every day!

try courier new regular 14 pt as a terminal font.. I love it; much nicer than monaco

Tried it, i actually prefer Monaco at 10pt
