Transport Monitor

Howdy
Computer when i start up OS X: "Transport Monitor is used by Mac OS X and can't be opened" (or something close to that)

Me: ????

computer seems to work fine though. But what's that mean?

I have samekinda problem in OS9

When starting up it should open the Transport Monitor.app, but it doesn't open the software it opens the package and there i can see (Transport Monitor.app is actually folder) inside osX and OS9 versions any mcuh more.. couldn't it just be simplier that there would be only os9..
