Trash problems ???

Im unable to trash some files from a folder, i looked in the get info and nothing is lock. I receive a code error -36 when i try to empty the trash

Yes i did

open the terminal and go to the trash folder. Simply delete the files with 'rm'.
Also use search. This problem has been discussed billion times before
