Treo 650 and Entourage won't sync calendar!

I've read all the posts all over the net. I still can't get Entourage to pick up the calendar on my Treo 650.

I have Palm Software 4.21
OSX 10.4.7
Latest update to office 2004 (11.2.5)
No conduit conflicts
Name on Palm hotsync, entourage & treo are the same.

What else can I do?

Help!!

You may need to download and install the conduit ( its a file) I have found that some hardware not to work until the conduit is installed. You may have to pay for it.
 
Thanks for the replies. I have tried all of them and this still doesn't work.
Some posts on the net point to this as a bug in OSX 10.4.7
 
A bug in VersaMail seems to be more likely. I was having the same problem when I was using it with a PC and Exchange. I completely re-installed all the software when I switched to my MacBook Pro and nothing changed. I understand that it is not a problem on the 700p Treo. Unfortunately Treo and/or Verizon don't seem to care enough to fix the problem. They are comfortable with a product that does not perform as advertised.
