I am totally new to mac and I am having trouble accessing my pc(XP) on my wireless network. I can access my powerbook G4(tiger) from my PC, but I can't locate my PC using the powerbook. I have turned off all firewalls on PC (mcafee/Windows) and still have no success. Both computers can access the web...no problem. I would just like to be able to print from my powerbook and occasionally access files.
I have tried using:smb://PCname/shared, i get error code 36 some data couldn't be read or written.
Any suggestions for this MAC newbie????
