Trouble opening new software. Need ideas.

I'm installing Digital Performer on my Cube and 15" TiBook. Everything worked fine on the Cube. On the Powerbook, when I enter my name and Key to open the software the first time, it processes for 20-30 seconds then requests my name and key again....over and over. It opened the first time on the Cube.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
