Trouble Sharing Airport Internet

I use an airport express to connect wirelessly to the internent, and have had no problems with it for the past two years. But I just moved to a new city and got Comcast cable internet. My iMac can connect to the internet wirelessly, but my iBook can not. The ibook can still access the airport and play music wirelessly, but just not internet. It also can't connect to the internet if I plug the ethernet chord directly in.

But the ibook can still connect wirelessly to every other wireless network, just not mine.

I wasn't sure if Comcast put some kind of firewall up to keep internet access to only one computer, or if I just needed to reprogram my airport. I've reset it numerous times along with the modem, but am just not sure where to go from here.

In the iBook (what OS X is it running) open /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access and delete any saved passwords for the wireless device. Then go go System Preferences->Network and highlight the Airport connection. There click on the 'Advanced...' button and use the top pull down to make a new location (make a new one and take it OFF Automatic). Then try to connect. This may help.
