trouble synching iPhone with MacBook Air M2 Ventura 13.4.1

When I connect my iPhone to my Mac and type in the security code I open up Music to try and synch the phone. Now I get a message on Music that says "this iPhone is open in another window" but there are no other windows open on my computer. Are there other apps that are now being used for synched? I was used to iTunes but that isn't on the Mac anymore.
 
Yes in M1uses the M 1-2 systems it uses the Finder and application called Sync your Music folder! Apple did this because they thought iTunes was getting to big! sorry to report this to you!
