Trouble with logmein.com

I've been using this website/program to log into my office computer remotely for months and now it doesn't work anymore. It's impossible to get help from logmein.com. Do you have any idea why Firefox would shut down as soon as I get on to my office computer desktop through logmein?

I'd like to help resolve this problem; could you please email me at abarbieri@logmein.com so we can troubleshoot? We could then set up a time to speak on the phone, which I think would be the best course of action here.
