Trouble with Powerbook 12" AC adaptor, need advice

Allright. My 12" AlBook is like 1.5 years old or so now. The battery holds a charge for about 10 min or so which sucks, but the main concern now is the AC Adaptor. Both the extension cable and the fold-in plug don't work. I used to be able to wiggle stuff around and what not but no longer does it work. So...

What are my options? Can I buy an older powerbook AC Adaptor (puck shaped one)? Will it work? What 3rd party options do I have? I need one soon but if I can get one off eBay for like $12, then it's worth the wait. So help!! What to do?!

I can replace the cable and *most likely* repair anything wrong with the AC end of it (if there's anything wrong) for you, if you like.
