I tried to order Office v. X (upgrade from 2001) and after filling out all of their forms I got a vbscript error from their server. I then received 3 emails telling me that they got my order (with three separate order numbers)! I tried calling them, and after being on hold for a half-hour I got a guy who told me that Yes, I had ordered a bunch of upgrades, not just 1. I asked if he could cancel all except for one, and he told me that the orders were "in progress" and he couldn't cancel them--I have to send them back to microsoft when I get them. Microsoft is stupid!!!!
