turnning on Macbook pro problem

Hello Hello,

I have new macbookpro and I just noticed this: when the magsafe is plugged into the computer but not to a power outlet, the computer is not turning on! (the battery is full) Is that suppose to be this way? It seems so strange to me...
(turning on from the battery when magsafe disconected is fine and turning on when magsafe connected to the outlet is fine too..)
please tell me if there is something wrong with my MBP!

The only information that I could find - don't plug the power adapter into the wall power outlet while the magsafe connector is still attached to the MacBook. This may cause unexpected problems when you try to boot. So, plug into the wall first, then attach the magsafe connector. That's the good sequence.
