Ukulele?

I was browsing around eBay when I found this beautiful Electric Ukulele for $295. Now, I have $350 in my pocession right now. That $350 could cover the Uke and shipping, but then I'd be left without an amp. I suppose I could ask for an amp for Christmas though. I dunno.

Anyway, the uke looks like this and sounds like this. I'm wondering if I should get it. That money was going to go towards fixing up the old Dell and turning it into a PVR (TiVo of sorts).

What do you all think? What should I spend my money on?

Which one would you enjoy more over time? That's usually how I decide those sort of things.

I found a Crate practice amp for $80 in my Guitar Center catalog, so if you could scrounge up the extra $30 you might be able to get the uke and a cheap amp.

Incidentally, I also found a 2-page ad for Apple computers.
