Um..Print? HELLO!?

what...the heck...is going on. I try to print from any application and the app unexpectedly quits!

HELP! SOMEONE! this is a fresh install as of this afternoon, i didn't do a thing!

Any app...safari, mail.app, textedit...they all freeze and quit!

Remove your printer, add it and try again.

Yeah, still not working. It doesnt even show the dialog.

You removed it via the Printer Setup Utility? Make sure you do that, disconnect all printers, restart your computer, and then add it in the app again. If it still crashes, repeat the above steps but download the driver from the manufacturer's website.

try repairing permissions, and logging in/out, or restarting your computer. Safari did this to me once and permissions repair revealed that TONS of stuff was mis-aligned. ow, and i'm speaking about Tiger. good luck.

I dont remember how but i fixed it..i ran thru a few pref files and library files both on system and user levels..deleted some stuff, re installed, and ALL my tiger issues are gone..everything works PERFECTLY

Is it a Bonjour printer, that is not turned on?

Then turn it on, and the bug goes away...
