I have been having trouble downloading free software updates from the mac site and also wanted to download the new version of skype but was unable so tried the telephone service mercury also unable to download.
What happens when you try to download something? Does it start downloading, fail to start, give you an error? Anything you can tell us might help us narrow down the problem.
