Unable to enter site...need confirmation it's them

I am using Firefox V3.6.3 and my Mac is V10.6.3. I need someone with these versions to confirm there is a problem.

Is there a Farmville player out there? I need confirmation if it is my problem or Zynga's. I cannot enter my farm via farmville.com. I can enter via Facebook. With Safari (V4.0.5) I am able to enter my farm both ways, so it is browser specific.

I've informed Zynga, and after all the usual useless suggestions they advanced the case to their development team. That was over a month ago, and no word or change has occurred.
 
Got any Firefox extensions that could be conflicting with something? Flash blocker? Pop-up blocker? "AdBlock Plus?"

Try disabling all your extensions (with the exception of Flash, of course), ensuring that "JavaScript" is enabled in Firefox's preferences, and see if that helps.

Oh, also, it may help to elaborate on exactly what "I cannot enter my farm via farmville.com" really means. Does your computer sprout wings and fly away? Does the browser crash? Do you receive an error message? Does the site simply not load? Does it load but you see only a white screen? Describe in detail the exact process you take to try and enter the farm, and exactly everything you see along the way until the problem occurs.

Too much information about the problem wouldn't hurt. Lack of information does.
 
I 'greened' my Adblock Plus which disables it for farmville.com. I can't find out how to disable extensions. Extensions does not exist under help, nor any menu items. I clicked on tools>addons, but nothing happened. I think the only other thing I have is a custom link on my navigation toolbar to take me to google advanced.

What happens is:
I go to farmville.com
It asks me to connect with facebook.
I click on that.
An empty window briefly appears (in Safari, I know this is a login procedure, and in Safari I then click on 'connect' in this window). After less than a second, the window disappears and the first 'connect with facebook' screen re-appears.
This will cycle indefinitely.

I really need someone to check this out before going any farther. I think it is a problem with farmville (zynga) and not with my computer, but I need it confirmed that others have the same problem.
 
I found it, my bad (it was docked). I disabled my google advanced button, and I disabled Toolbar Buttons (0.6.0.8). Same problem.
