Any one knows how to uninstall the java application pluigns only in panther OS 10.3.3...........

We'll need more info. Are you trying to install the Java environment? Are you trying to run a Java app?

The simple answer to your question is navigate to /Library/ Internet Plug-Ins and drag the Java plugins to the trash. But before you do that, why are you wanting to uninstall them? There may be a better solution if we knew what the problem was.
