I have a computer in my office that will randomly open the System Preferences window, then after a couple seconds, it will switch to the Universal Access preference pane. This only seems to happen when there is user interaction in the GUI. But that interaction is always completely unrelated to System Preferences. It could be something as simple as moving the mouse to the URL bar in Safari, switching an application using Command-Tab, or opening a new Finder window. Any ideas why?
