Unreal Tournament in OS X

I heard a rumor that there is a patch for UT to let it run natively in OS X. Does such a patch exist?

Secondly, I have no classic installed, and therefor can not install UT on my TFT. Do I have to install Classic for this to work at all?

That's half the battle

I have to install it onto my HD, and I haven't Classic with which I can run the VISE installer for the original UT.
