Unsubscribe to iCal calendar

On a 10.5.8 machine, in iCal I subscribed to a read-only calendar hosted on a WebDAV server. How do I unsubscribe? There's no help in iCal help. A google search locates a few old discussions which boil down to: Right-click on the calendar and select DELETE. When I try that, DELETE is greyed out.

If it's the only calendar under that calendar account, try removing that account from iCal's "Account" Preferences...
