Updating a Strawberry Imac 400mz

Trying to update an old Imac which hasn't been used in awhile. I have all the new software but it keeps telling me i must upgrade the firmware. I can't seem to find the update i need. The present system is 10.2.8. Can anyone help me. Thank you.

The required Firmware Update for your Strawberry iMac 400MHz is this:

iMac Firmware Update 4.1.9

AFAIK, to upgrade this iMac to Mac OS X, the Firmware would have already needed to be upgraded so I recommend you have a look in the Apple System Profiler under Hardware Overview, to see what Boot Rom Firmware version you currently have installed.
