Updating Developer Tools?

I have the developer tools from Jaguar.. but.. surely there have been updates to them since Jaguar came out.

How would I go about updating All of those easily?

You need a membership with the Apple Developer Connection. You can get a free Online version by signing up here: http://developer.apple.com/membership/

Once you have that you can log in and download the latest dev tools as well as API's developments kits, etc.
