Upgrade 2007 Mac Pro

Hey i have a mac pro desktop with two Dual Core processors
Mac Pro "Quad Core" 2.66 (Original) Specs (Mac Pro, MA356LL/A, MacPro1,1*, A1186, 2113) @ EveryMac.com

I would like to upgrade to an 8 core with similar specs to the one on this page:
Mac Pro - Shop Apple Desktop Computers - Apple Store (U.S.)

1) is this possible?
2) what would be the approximate cost?
