upgrade from 10.4.11 to 10.5/wifi

i have an ibook g4 the current update is 10.4.11 which i dont mind but my wireless modem only works with 10.5 plus. is there any way to upgrade to 10.5, or at least my airport?? PLEASE HELP

You need to purchase a retail copy of Mac OS X 10.5 to upgrade. There is no other way to upgrade your computer from 10.4.11 to 10.5.

You may want to ensure your iBook G4 meets all of the 10.5 system requirements before shelling out the cash, though.

My wireless modeom askes for 10.4 and higher and it works with os 8.0 so have you tryed conecting ?
