I just installed more memory in my Powerbook G4. I have 768 MB. What software should I upgrade with?
Upgrade from Panther to Tiger or Leopard

Whichever one you want.
Both run decently well on a PowerBook G4, but if it's a slower PowerBook G4 (you didn't specify whether it's a 400MHz laptop or a 1.42GHz laptop), you may want to stick with Tiger.
I would highly recommend going to at least 1GB of RAM, though.
