Upgrading 10.3.9 to 10.4.x

I have a PowerPC 750 G3 600mhz 640mb because it's an older machine with the Mac OS X 10.3.9 Panthera it doesn't let me update the latest itunes. Where can I find the MAc OS X 10.4.x tiger so that I may be able to download itunes
 
Perhaps, you can find MacOS X 10.4 on eBay. If you go the eBay route, then make sure that you buy a retail distribution of the OS and and not a System Restore DVD. System Restore DVDs have plain lettering on a gray background and no graphics. If you have a local shop that handles Macs, then perhaps it has a copy. Wouldn't hurt to ask.
 
Something to keep in mind - Even if you update to 10.4.11 (the last OS X version that will run on your G3), you will not be able to install or use the latest version of iTunes.

That's version 8.2.1
iTunes current version 10.4 requires at least OS X 10.5, and a G4 processor or higher.
