(Urgent) Big Trouble with my iBook

I have an 800 MHz iBook and recently, I power on the computer, then the cooler start with a very fast speed and nothing more happen, the computer doesn't start. The only thing that occurs when I turn on the computer is that the cooler works with a very high speed and nothing else. I open the computer, verified the connections and I didn't find anything wrong. What can I do?
 
Do you hear the startup sound or anything else, beeps or the like? It sounds like either your harddrive, processor or memory has gone bad. If it's the memory, you'd hear three beeps.

Either way, I'd take it to a repair centre.
